Will this 1790 x 2090mm door fit?

This is a fixed size: 1790mm wide and 2090mm high overall, including the frame. Your brick-to-brick opening should be about 10mm bigger each way, so roughly 1800mm wide and 2100mm high, to leave room for fitting. If your opening is a different size, choose white uPVC French doors made to measure instead.

What the specification means

• 7-point reverse locking: the door locks at seven points along its edge, not just at the handle, which makes it much harder to force.
• Fully pre-hung: the doors arrive already hung in their frame, so fitting is quicker.
• Toughened, soft-coat low-E glass: safety glass with a coating that keeps more heat inside.
• Fully reinforced profiles: the frame is strengthened inside to keep the doors square and secure.
• 150mm cill: the sill under the frame that throws rainwater away from the wall.
• Trickle vents: small vents in the frame that let fresh air in with the doors shut.

How to measure

Measure the opening brick to brick in at least three places for the width and three for the height, use the smallest of each, then take 10mm off for fitting. Never measure the old frame. Our measuring guide walks through it step by step.

Which door should open first?

One door is the master: it has the handle you use day to day and opens first. The other is held shut by bolts and opens when you need the full width.
