uPVC grey French doors cost less and are made in about 2 weeks. Aluminium French doors have slimmer frames, so more glass, and are made in about 3 weeks. Both come in anthracite grey.
Are they secure?
Our in-stock French doors use 7-point reverse locking, so each door locks at seven points along its edge rather than just at the handle. On made-to-measure doors you can upgrade to a 3-star anti-snap cylinder and add door restrictors.
Should they open inwards or outwards?
On made-to-measure doors you choose. Outward-opening doors save space inside; inward-opening doors keep the swing off a narrow patio or balcony. Think about furniture, steps and where the doors will rest when open.
Do you fit them?

Do I need planning permission?
Replacing existing doors with similar ones usually does not need planning permission, but listed buildings, conservation areas and new or enlarged openings can. The fitted doors also need to meet Building Regulations, so check with your installer or local council before you order.
Can I return them?
Made-to-measure doors are built to your sizes, so they can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or wrong. In-stock doors can be returned within 30 days in their original condition. See delivery for the details.
