We deliver to the whole UK mainland every week on our own vehicles, which carry windows and doors on purpose-built racks. Delivery is £90 per order. You get your delivery date when you order, a reminder up to 48 hours before, and a 2-hour time slot on the day.

How do I measure?
Measure the opening brick to brick in at least three places, use the smallest size and take 10mm off for fitting. Never measure the old frame. Our measuring guide covers every step.

Can I return made-to-measure items?
Items made to your sizes can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or wrong. Stock items can be returned within 30 days in their original condition. See the returns policy.
