How long do they take?
Most uPVC windows take about 2 weeks; aluminium about 3 weeks. See lead times.
Are they energy efficient?
Standard uPVC double glazing gives a U-value of 1.6 W/m²K, and thermal spacer bars bring it to 1.4 W/m²K. See energy ratings and U-values.
How do I measure?
Measure the opening brick to brick in at least three places, use the smallest size and take 10mm off for fitting. Never measure the old frame. Our measuring guide covers every step.
How does delivery work?
We deliver to the UK mainland every week on our own vehicles, with windows and doors carried on purpose-built racks. Delivery is £90 per order. You get your delivery date when you order, a notification up to 48 hours before, and a 2-hour time slot on the day. See delivery.
Can I return made-to-measure items?
Items made to your sizes can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or wrong. Stock items can be returned within 30 days in their original condition. See the returns policy.
