Every window is made to your sizes. Choose the style and which sashes open, then add options such as toughened glass, Georgian bars, square or diamond lead, trickle vents, a fixing kit and a cill. Prices start from £141, and the price updates as you choose options.

What does White look like?

White is a smooth white finish that suits almost any home. You can have it on the outside with a white inside, or on both sides. White takes about 2 weeks to make. See every finish in our colour guide.

Which style do I need?

Each style number shows a different layout of fixed and opening panes. Pick the one that matches your opening and how you want it to open, and check our guide to choosing casement colours and the ordering checklist before you order.

How long do they take?

Most colours take about 2 weeks; Irish Oak and Agate Grey take about 5 weeks. The lead times page always shows the current times.

Are they energy efficient?

Standard uPVC double glazing gives a U-value of 1.6 W/m²K, and thermal spacer bars bring it to 1.4 W/m²K. See energy ratings and U-values.

How do I measure?

Measure the opening brick to brick in at least three places, use the smallest size and take 10mm off for fitting. Never measure the old frame. Our measuring guide covers every step.

How does delivery work?

We deliver to the UK mainland every week on our own vehicles, with windows and doors carried on purpose-built racks. Delivery is £90 per order. You get your delivery date when you order, a notification up to 48 hours before, and a 2-hour time slot on the day. See delivery.

Can I return made-to-measure items?

Items made to your sizes can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or wrong. Stock items can be returned within 30 days in their original condition. See the returns policy.
